First, I ordered a 6 pc chicken tenders, I got 5 with the 5th broken in half to make a 6th. Secondly, I ordered a b-day cake and paid for it three weeks in advance - Not only did they misplace my order and not have it ready, the manager argued that I never ordered the cake, in spite of my reciept.
